Fall 2015

Here is an extremely overdue fishing report. We are transitioning into fall here in The Florida Keys just like the rest of the country. Fall season means that water temperatures will be on the decline which should get the flats fired up. As the water temps cool the conditions will determine what the target species will be each day. Right now the water temperatures are perfect for tarpon, bonefish, and permit. The water will continue to cool with more passing fronts which will provide many other fishing opportunities on the flats. Tarpon, bones, and permit will be available through fall and winter but mainly on the warm up periods in between cold fronts. Cooler conditions will give us great opportunities for sight fishing for barracudas, lemon sharks, red fish and many other species. I'm looking forward to a great fall fishing season!

Here's a few pics from the last few weeks.
